How does it actually work?+

Pet owners visit your clinic and pay as normal. They snap their receipt in the Ploof+ app. We verify it and credit them 1 point per £1 spent (you set the rate). They redeem points for Tillo gift cards at 100+ household-name brands — so they can treat their pet (Pets at Home, tails.com, grooming) or treat themselves (M&S, JD Sports, Pizza Express, John Lewis, Amazon) after their visit.

What can clients actually spend their points on?+

Anything they want. After their vet visit clients choose: spoil the dog with food, toys or grooming — or treat themselves with the weekly shop, a new pair of trainers, dinner out, a coffee, or something from John Lewis or Amazon. The vet visit funds the reward; they decide who gets spoiled.

Do I need to change my POS or till system?+

No. Nothing changes for your reception team. Receipts are uploaded by the pet owner directly through the app.

What's the difference between Growth and Group/Chain pricing?+

Growth is per-clinic for independent practices that want extra retention tools. Group/Chain pricing kicks in automatically at 10+ clinics and scales down with volume: £35/clinic at 10–49, £30 at 50–199, £25 at 200–499. Groups with 500+ clinics (CVS, IVC, Linnaeus, VetPartners, Medivet scale) move to a bespoke enterprise contract with a dedicated CSM and optional PMS integrations.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — monthly rolling, cancel anytime. No setup fees.

Who pays for the rewards?+

The reward catalogue runs through Tillo, the UK's leading gift card network. Brands sell cards to Tillo at a wholesale discount; Ploof+ keeps the spread on each redemption. You pay the subscription. Brands fund the vouchers. Your clients get free stuff.

How long does setup take?+

About 15 minutes. We list your clinic in the Ploof+ app, you log in to your owner dashboard, and points start flowing as your clients connect.
