1. About these terms

These terms form a contract between you and Ploof Pet Ltd (company no. 16084031, registered at 21 Warriner Gardens, Battersea, London SW11 4EA) — "we", "us", "Ploof". They cover your use of the Ploof+ rewards programme, available at https://ploofplus.com and through our mobile apps. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to join Ploof+. Each person may only hold one account. We may suspend or close duplicate accounts and reverse any points earned through them.

3. How points are earned

  • Receipt scanning: upload a receipt for a qualifying pet-related purchase and we'll award points based on the merchant and amount once the receipt is verified.
  • Affiliate purchases: click a partner link in Ploof+ and complete a qualifying purchase. Points are awarded once the partner confirms the sale, typically 30–90 days after purchase.
  • Vet visits: upload a vet receipt to earn points at the rate published on the vet's page.
  • Bonuses: we may run referral bonuses, sign-up bonuses or promotional multipliers from time to time.

Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be bought or sold. We may correct errors and reverse points awarded by mistake or for cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions.

4. Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed for vouchers and gift cards through the Ploof+ shop. The points cost of each voucher is shown at the point of redemption and can change at any time. Once a voucher is issued the points spent are non-refundable. Vouchers are subject to the issuing brand's own terms (expiry, restrictions, etc.).

5. Receipt verification

Receipts are reviewed automatically using AI and may be reviewed manually by our team. We may reject receipts that are unreadable, not for qualifying pet products, duplicated, altered or older than 30 days. Submitting fraudulent receipts will result in account closure and forfeit of points.

6. Account inactivity and expiry

If your account is inactive for 12 months we may email you to warn that your points will expire. Points expire 18 months after your last earning or redemption activity.

7. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@ploof.co.uk. Any unredeemed points will be forfeit on closure. We may close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Affiliate links

When you click certain links to partner brands we may earn a commission. This commission funds the points and vouchers awarded through Ploof+. It does not change the price you pay.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for the rewards programme in any 12-month period is limited to the cash value of the points in your account at the time of the claim.

We are not responsible for the products or services bought from partner brands or with vouchers. Any disputes about a partner order or voucher should be raised with the brand directly.

10. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. If a change is material we'll let you know by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of Ploof+ after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
