Earning
Ploof+ rewards the moments that actually matter in your pet's life. A check-up at the vet, a grooming session, a boarding stay, a bag of food, a training class — every visit and every spend with a partner drops points into your wallet.
Show up to your scheduled appointment and you earn the base points for that visit type. Routine check-ups, jabs, dental cleans and post-op follow-ups all count. Cancel last-minute and you keep nothing — no penalties, just no points.
When your pet needs an operation, a scan or an extended treatment plan, Ploof+ awards you a bonus tier of points to soften the cost. Settled invoices unlock the points the moment payment clears with the partner vet.
Pay a linked pet bill (vet, insurance, food subscription) on or before the due date and we add 5% on top of the base points. Late payments still earn the base — we never penalise you.
Whether it's a full groom, a nail trim, a weekend boarding stay or daycare while you're at work — book with a Ploof+ partner and the points land in your wallet automatically after the appointment.
Spend at any partner pet shop — high-street or online — and you earn 1 point per £1 spent on food, treats, toys, leads, bowls and beds. Subscriptions (auto-ship food) earn double on the first delivery.
Redeeming
Choose any brand from the catalogue, pick a voucher value, and we deliver the code in seconds. Vouchers are powered by Tillo and work online or in-store depending on the brand.
Voucher validity is set by each retailer — usually 12 to 24 months from issue. The exact expiry date is printed on every voucher you receive in your redemption history.
Account
Everyone starts as Pup. Earn 5,000 points in a year to reach Pack (1.1x base earning, early access to new partners). Hit 25,000 to reach Alpha (1.25x base, surprise drops, partner-vet discounts).
Your referral code lives on the Account page. When a friend signs up using it and redeems their first voucher, you both get 250 points. No cap on how many friends you can refer.
We import practice-level info (name, address, public phone, website) from licensed business directories. Personal contact details (named individuals, direct emails) are stored privately and never exposed — protecting them under UK GDPR.
Pet life
We've imported the full UK directory of vet practices, plus partner groomers, boarders, daycare centres and pet shops. Search by name, jump by letter, or filter by city to find your nearest.
If your favourite local vet, groomer, boarder or pet shop isn't on Ploof+ yet, suggest them from the directory or the Account page. We'll pitch them on joining and credit you 100 points if they sign up.
